Privacy Policy

At Devnitie, we value your privacy. This policy clearly explains which data we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it and which rights you have over your information.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account data: name, email address and login credentials (stored in an encrypted/hashed form).
  • Usage data: information about how you use our platforms (for example, visited pages, basic technical logs, IP address, device and browser type). Where applicable, we apply data minimization measures.
  • Integration data: identifiers and minimal data needed to connect third-party services (for example, Instagram or other social network usernames, access tokens where applicable).

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To create and manage your account, authenticate you and provide you with secure access to our platforms (performance of a contract or steps taken at your request).
  • To communicate with you about the service (for example, account notices, important changes or technical incidents).
  • To improve our products and services, analyze platform usage and fix technical issues.
  • When you consent, for analytics purposes via cookies or similar tools and, where applicable, for marketing communications or newsletters.

3. Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We only share your information with: (a) service providers that help us deliver our services (for example, hosting providers, analytics tools, email providers), acting as data processors under our instructions and with appropriate security measures; and (b) public authorities when we are legally required to do so or when it is necessary to protect our rights.

4. Security and Data Retention

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or disclosure. We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active or as long as is necessary to provide the service to you. Once you stop using the service or request deletion of your data, we may keep certain information in a restricted form for the time needed to comply with legal obligations or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

5. Use of Cookies and Analytics

On our site we use essential cookies that are necessary for the website to function correctly (for example, to remember your session or basic preferences) and cannot be disabled within our system. In addition, we use analytics cookies (for example, through tools such as Google Analytics or similar) to understand how you interact with the website and to improve our services. These analytics cookies are only activated if you give your explicit consent in the cookie banner or settings panel, and you can change your decision at any time from that panel. If you withdraw your consent to analytics cookies, we will stop using these tools and, where technically possible, delete the related analytics cookies from your browser; you can also remove them manually from your browser settings. The data collected through these tools is used in aggregate form and, where possible, is anonymized (for example, by anonymizing or shortening the IP address).

The use of analytics cookies and similar technologies is based on your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR, where applicable). The use of strictly necessary cookies is based on our legitimate interest in providing a functional and secure website.

7. Your Rights and How to Request Data Deletion

You have the right to access, correct or request the deletion of your personal data. You may also object to certain processing activities, request restriction of processing, ask for data portability and withdraw your consent where processing is based on consent. If you use services connected through our platforms (e.g. Instagram or other social networks), you can also request that we delete the data we hold associated with your account.

To exercise your rights or request deletion of your data:

  1. Send an email to the contact address on this website (or to devnitiepr@gmail.com) with the subject line "Data protection rights request" or "Data deletion request".
  2. Include at least your name and the email address associated with your account. If applicable, add the site or project name and your Instagram (or other connected service) username so that we can locate your data.
  3. We will process your request within the legally required time frame and, where possible, within a maximum of 30 days from receipt, unless the applicable law provides a different period.
  4. Please note that, even after deletion, we may keep certain information in a restricted form for the time strictly necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes or protect our rights.

If you only want to stop using the connection to Instagram or another service without deleting all your data, you can revoke access from your project settings in the admin panel or from the third-party platform itself, as applicable.
