All rights to Devnitie's software, design, and platform belong to Devnitie. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute without permission.

4. Third-Party Services

Our platform may integrate third-party services (payments, social networks, analytics, etc.). Use of those features is subject to the corresponding provider's policies and terms. Devnitie is not responsible for such third parties' compliance.

5. Content and Responsibility

You are responsible for the content you publish or manage through our tools (sites, blogs, products, bookings, etc.). You must not publish illegal, infringing, or third-party rights-violating content. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend access if we detect non-compliance.

6. Cancellation and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Devnitie shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services. Total liability shall not exceed, where applicable, the amount paid by the customer in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to it.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts in Puerto Rico.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms. We will notify you on the site or by email when there are relevant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
