Terms of Service
Last updated: April 21, 2026
Devnitie is a software development company that offers customized digital solutions. By using our services, you accept the following terms.
1. Permitted Use
These terms apply to devnitie.com, hub.devnitie.com, and subdomains operated by Devnitie. You may only use our services for legal and commercial purposes related to your authorized account or business.
2. User Responsibility
- Do not distribute malicious or illegal content
- Do not access or modify systems without authorization
- Protect your account and access credentials
3. Intellectual Property
All rights to Devnitie's software, design, and platform belong to Devnitie. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute without permission.
4. Third-Party Services
Our platform may integrate third-party services (payments, social networks, analytics, transactional email, hosting, etc.). Use of those features is subject to the corresponding provider's policies and terms. The customer is responsible for properly configuring and operating those integrations in compliance with applicable law. Devnitie is not responsible for outages, changes, blocks, or decisions made by third-party providers.
5. Content and Responsibility
Devnitie acts solely as a technology infrastructure provider. You are responsible for your content, operations, and compliance obligations, including your use of external integrations. You must not publish illegal, infringing, or third-party rights-violating content. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend access if we detect non-compliance.
6. Cancellation and Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms.
7. Platform subscription, limits, and suspension
Use of the Devnitie Hub and infrastructure associated with your site may be subject to a platform subscription billed by Devnitie (for example via Stripe Billing). Unless otherwise stated at checkout or in your contract, subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. You may cancel from the billing portal; cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period unless your plan states otherwise. If the subscription is inactive, payment remains past due, or applicable usage limits are exceeded, Devnitie may restrict or suspend access to the Hub and, depending on your project configuration, the public site hosted with our providers, until the account is brought current.
8. No professional advice
Devnitie does not provide legal, accounting, financial, tax, or regulatory compliance advice. Any information or functionality in the platform is provided for technology and operational purposes only, and does not replace guidance from licensed professionals.
9. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided "as is". Devnitie acts as a technology infrastructure provider and does not assume responsibility for customer business operations or third-party provider decisions. To the extent permitted by law, Devnitie shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services. Total liability shall not exceed, where applicable, the amount paid by the customer in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to it.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts in Puerto Rico.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms. We will notify you on the site or by email when there are relevant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
