Website & client experience

Ayala Law Firm. One site for clients and one backbone for the firm.

People often reach the firm with urgency and a long list of questions. We shaped the site so the story feels human from the first scroll: services in clear language, consultation booking when they are ready, and a way to connect payment when the firm needs it. Clients with an account can sign in to a portal to see their reservations and booking details. A blog carries practical guidance and builds trust between visits, and an email builder lets the team send thoughtful campaigns without fighting the tooling. Most of the day to day publishing and coordination still lives in one place for the team so the experience stays consistent.

Problem

The website had to feel trustworthy before anyone booked a call

Legal searches rarely start relaxed. Visitors need to understand what the firm offers, see that the tone matches the seriousness of the matter, and know what happens next if they decide to move forward. Papering over broken steps with more copy would only add noise.

Solution

Design a journey that mirrors how trust actually forms

We mapped discovery through consultation: clarifying services, guiding multilingual readers, and making booking feel like a natural next step instead of a wall. Payments stay tied to real policies so clients are never surprised. The client portal is built around reservations: people can see their bookings and appointment details there instead of piecing everything together from email alone. The blog and the email builder extend that narrative over weeks, so the firm can educate and stay present between meetings.

What we delivered

A law firm website with structured services, booking, and payment flows where they belong, a client portal where people can see their reservations and appointment details, long form blog content for credibility, and an email builder for campaigns that match the brand voice. Internal tooling (including Devnitie Hub) keeps schedules, content, and sends aligned so the public face and the inbox tell the same story.

Devnitie designed and built Ayala Law Firm's website and connected it to a centralized platform for managing the site.
